It's possible but : I don't know of any direct correlation between hyperthyroidism and dental caries. I have read that children with hyperthyroidism are dentally precocious (teeth erupting at an earlier age) and if their oral hygiene is not good, then certainly that can contribute to dental caries.

Dental caries: I am not aware that hyperthyroidism increases the risk of caries. It can, when severe and longstanding, de calcify bone, and teeth are also made of calcium.
