Depends: Yes, its safe to wear contact lens with it. But, it depends on how large and close to the cornea. If its an elevated large bump then the contcat lens may rub and irrtate the pinguecula.

Yes: Pingueclua are a normal response to wind, dust and uv light. They are the eyes defense in the middle years to these external forces. They have no symptoms and are usually unnoticed. They are relatively flat and rarely will interfere with the placement and seating of a contact lens. It is safe to wear them with pinguecula.
