Yes: Yes as long as the contact is not irritating then this is ok. If the pinguicula is irritated by the contact lens and causing discomfort then contact lens wear would not be recommended.

Yes: Yes. Pinguecula rarely affect contact lens wear. If they affect contact lens wear, then they can be removed.
