Pingiicula: No symptom. Irritation. Redness. Vision change if get bigger (pterigium) and goes over pupil. Usually on the inside side if cornea edge. Sunglasses may help prevent direct uv ray exposure. Surgery only if having significant symptoms.

No symptoms: Pingueclua are a normal response to wind, dust and uv light. They are the eyes defense in the middle years to these external forces. They have no symptoms and are usually unnoticed. They are discovered by observation of the eye because they are not felt and do not disturb the eye vision or comfort.
