What can cause lower back pain after playing tennis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: If you are my age, simply a combination of deconditioning and failure to properly stretch and warm up, causes the problem. If it persists and is associated with leg symptoms, then a proper spine evaluation should be done.
