Curvature is common: Curvature of the spine is a common finding and most people compensate in their stance and posture and never really have many problems. It should not affect you dramatically in the pursuit of sports unless it is a severe curvature. Focus on stretching and strengthening of your core muscles that support the spine. You may benefit from custom orthotics in your shoes to provide maximum support.
