What can i do to treat a back injury from playing tennis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends on the pain: It depends on how severe the pain is and it's duration. If it is just an ache and short lived and does not stop you, it is ok. You can use heat &/or ice as well as otc medication if no contraindications. Otherwise, try cross training if only doing one type of aerobic exercise and incorporate stretchiing and core muscular workouts as well. If persists, then seek evaluation
