That is somewhat: Dependent on how you are lying down but it may be of a degenerative nature of your spine possibly disc related or to the small joints of your back known as facet joints or even both. Stretching prior to lying down or even otc meds may help. Also check the condition and age of your mattress which generally last about 7 years.
