NO NOT REALLY: SPECIFICALLY THESE KIND OF SPORTS DOES NOT CAUSED A HIATAL HERNIA, NOW THE STRESS ASSOCIATED WITH COMPETING WILL CAUSED INCREASE ACID AND COULD CAUSE ACID REFLUX, THAT WILL FEEL LIKE HAVING HIATAL HERNIA. OF COURSE YOU SHOULD NOT BE PLAYING EITHER ONE OF THESE SPORTS ON FULL STOMACH, OR PLAY WITH A COOL HEAD AND DO NOT GET TOO EXITED ABOUT WHO IS WINNING AND WHO IS LOSING
