Identify the trigger: Relax, this is a common problem (4% of people) and you can learn to stop. We do things when there is a trigger, ability, and motivation. Try this. First, identify the trigger and seek to avoid it. Second, put some vaseline on your lashes, and trim your nails so you can't remove the lashes. Third, look in the mirror when you feel like removing the lash. You won't like what the lid looks like.
