Cosmetic pain/Habit?: Are you using tweezers to thin your eyelashes for cosmetic reasons? Or are you pulling them out as a compulsive habit when you are anxious or depressed? If the former, see a cosmetologist who may be able to help you groom them with less pain. If you are in the second group, this is a behavioral disorder called trichotillomania. You could get help from a psychologist trained in CBT therapy.
