If you have some associated nasal symptoms such as sneezing, itching or runny nose, your symptom can be caused by frontal sinusitis. You may try Ibuprofen 400 mg, three - four times a day for 1- 2 days. You can use Nasonex or Nasacort (topical nasal steroids) if you have the above nasal symptoms. Vision problem such as nearsightedness or astigmatism may cause the same symptom.
