A member asked:

I've been treated for impetigo in the nose twice, it's back again. i developed sinus allergy type symptoms since the first infection. what's the cure?

Nasal hygiene !: You have to treat it more aggressively with antibiotics by mouth and intranasal antibiotic cream! staph impetigo tend to colonize the nasal cavity and emerge after antibiotics is completed! twice a day bactroban intranasal x 5 days repeated for 6 months tend to decrease nasal colonization! regards!
