Need history/exam: Need to see a dr. Who may refer you to an ENT specialist. Sounds like potential sinus problem, but without an exam, etc., can't really determine anything.

Hard to tell: You may possibly have a sinus infection at the right but it is unusual to affect the front teeth. Need to see your doctor.
