No: Endometrial hyperplasia refers to a condition of excessive proliferation of cells of the endometium. Endometrial cancer refers to endometrial cells that have turned cancerous. The treatment and management of these two conditions is very different.

No: They are different. Endometrial hyperplasia is the precursor lesion to endometrial (uterine) cancer. It is possible to slow or reverse this process with Progesterone therapy. But without therapy it can progress to cancer.
