Yes but...: You need to see a plastic surgeon and a cardiologist. The plastic surgeon will evaluate you as a candidate for breast augs, and if so, then you will need clearance from your cardiologist. The anesthesiologist will also need to clear you as well, and local blocks plus IV sedation may be an option.

Icd?: I've performed many breast augmentations, but i'm not sure what icd is. Can you give the full name, rather than an abbreviation?

Depends: If you are talking about the devices used to treat arrhythmias then it would have to be determined not to be in the way by your breast surgeon then like anyone else have operative clearance . It is probably ok.

Likely wi clearance: This should first be discussed with your cardiologist to adequately prepare and advise you about the wisdom of proceeding.

Possibly: Possible but “medical clearance” from your cardiologist will likely be necessary. Also make sure that you are “working with” a board-certified plastic surgeon/ anesthesiologist and have the procedure done in a fully accredited facility, prepared for any ( unusual) emergency that may arise.

Yes: Yes. Pre-operative clearance from your cardiologist is also required, to make sure it is safe for you to have a general anesthetic.

Yes, be careful: See your board certified plastic surgeon. He will do a history and perform a physical exam. Typically with your history, clearance from the cardiologist will be optained. They will then talk about the risks and benefits of doing the operation.
