If your doctors: feel a lump, it is still a concern even if the ultrasound shows nothing. Neither mammography nor ultrasound are 100% sensitive. A small percentage of breast cnacers are found only on physical examination. So, it may very well turn out to be benign, but you should probably talk to your doctor about the next steps.
