My 18mo boy has coughed mostly at night for 12 nights. 10 days ago he had croup. is coughing a lingering symptom or unrelated to the croup?

Croup: The lingering cough could still be an effect of the croup especially if he still has nasal congestion/discharge. If it lasts more than 2 weeks, it maybe a good idea to bring him to his pediatrician to rule out sinusitis or bacterial bronchitis.
