Cough 3x weeks with abx x 10 days, albuterol and qvar. fatigued and cranky. see ped asap? or other dr? not croup or whooping. not much wheezing.

See primary: None of this sounds good. The patient, who seems to be a 5 year old male with asthma and CP, is obviously still fairly ill or under the weather. After 10 days antibiotics and appropriate asthma treatment, I'd expect the cough to be much better and the child to be perking up, not fatigued. See his doc. He likely needs a chest X-ray and a thorough exam to rule out refractory pneumonia or worse.
