Pneumonia?: I would bring your child into the doctor's office tomorrow. These findings could be due to a mild case of pneumonia. If there is any difficulty with breathing - rapid breathing, contraction of muscles around rib cage - you should consider bringing your child to an emergency room or urgent care center sooner.
