See your doctor: From your description i'm not sure exactly what you're talking about. If you have a mass or a lump on your forehead then it needs to be evaluated by a doctor. Issues with the forehead could be sinus also it could be a muscle spasm or could be some kind of skin problem. Go to your doctor and have them take a look at you and if necessary consult an ENT doctor.
