Sinus headache: Anyone with chronic sinus problems and related headaches with new vision problems need to be evaluated urgently. Infection from the sinuses can spread (often through bone) to eyes and sinus cavity behind the eyes where the optic nerve traverses. Migraines can also be associated with vision change.
