Residual fluid: Resolution of a sinus infection requires that the openings of the sinuses into the nose become unblocked. If this was a bacterial infection, the antibiotic may have killed the bacteria, but apparently did not unblock the very tiny openings of the sinus cavities into the nose, resulting in residual fluid in the sinuses. 5 days of steroids by mouth may help. Otherwise return to your physician.
