You need tests : You need testing from a specialist. I would highly recommend seeing a nephrologist or an endocrinologist. You. You will be evaluated for a pheochromocytoma. The knee pain may be something separate.

Adrenal tumor: 7 cm is actually fairly large for an adrenal tumor. As mentioned, it is important to get an endocrine work up, but it is likely that a tumor of this size would need to come out, even if hormonally silent, to exclude malignancy.
