Not clear: I apologize, but i don't quite understand your question. Do you mean that you're going to expose yourself to the same situation -- sexual violence -- in which you previously experienced trauma? Why would you do that? I hope you're in treatment for your ptsd and panic attacks. Treatment with psychotherapy and medications as needed, can be very helpful.

PTSD: Like dr. Pappas, I am not sure that I am tracking very well with your meaning. Panic attacks often go hand in hand with ptsd. One thing about these disorders is that they respond to treatment. Work hard to stay out of harm's way and get the treatment that you need. Take care.
