I have ptsd from medical sexual trauma. i refuse to take off my clothes for any medical exam. i refuse being touched for an examination. this is the only way i can avoid more incidents. how do i get estradiol for vaginal dryness without an exam?

Discuss with your gyn. If your symptoms are typical, she may be willing to prescribe the right treatment without exam; or perhaps with visual exam without touching you. Maybe you could self collect a vaginal swab if a sample is needed. If even these aren't suitable, work with both your gyn and your PTSD counselor; together you probably can come up with a plan that would work. Good luck.
