Nickel dermatitis: Nickel allergy is a contact dermatitis and the only prevention is avoidance. I am not sure why this results in hospitalization. Are they sure nickel sensitization is the only problem?

Avoid exposure: I agree that has to be very clear that the allergen (the cause) is nickel. Also make sure three is nothing else that you react to including food. Having other allergen will make the picture more severee.
