i have little tiny bumps on my hands arms a doctor told me it was because of nickel allergy i stopped wearing nickel stuff but i still get them why?

Needs evaluation: If you stopped all exposure to nickel, then the bumps you are describing must be from something else. Probably best to see a dermatologist in person for an evaluation. You also could send a photo of the rash to a dermatologist on healthtap using the private messaging feature on the doctor's profile.
