Yes concern: Yes levels are high needs through work up for elevated prolactin levels besides pituitary adenoma , other causes that elevate the levels hypothyroidism certain type medications, especially antipsychiatric medications will cause elevated prolactin levels, , discuss with pediatrician , may refer to an endocrinologist
