I have had 2 strokes due to endocadiis all infection is gone i started having teribble headaches about 2 months ago is this from strokes?

Not usually : But if the strokes caused muscular weakness of your facial muscles, you may be compensating in such a way that over-tenses the good muscles. I'd be more worried about other causes - brain abscess comes to mind after endocarditis. You should be seen and evaluated. Have you had a ct scan?

Call your doctor: It could be many things related or not to the endocarditis. Please consult with your doctor.
