Not usually : But if the strokes caused muscular weakness of your facial muscles, you may be compensating in such a way that over-tenses the good muscles. I'd be more worried about other causes - brain abscess comes to mind after endocarditis. You should be seen and evaluated. Have you had a ct scan?
