I had 2 strokes due to endocarditis and now am havin bad beadaches had a mri and the nerologistst prescrbed topamax (topiramate) which isnt helping at all is there?

Strokes can occur : With endocarditis usually before diagnosis or early during therapy. Whether the headaches are related to the embolism events is unclear but the longer the time from the endocarditis, the less likely that there is any link.
