Unsure: The vitamin B12 is used in the creation of red and white blood cells. Intrinsic factor is made by the stomach, which helps process b12. As a vegetarian, you may have low B12 levels unless you take supplements. Your CBC is not related -- you should be looking at the hemaglobin, hematocrit, and mcv, MCHC to see if there is a B12 excess or deficiency.

WBC and b12: I would not be concerned, you will need ongoing monitoring of cbc.
