my 19 yr old daughter has a wbc that is going up.17000 to 18000 since yesterday, elevated pressures 170/104, no fever. should we be concerned?

Yes be concerned: I'm not as concerned about the WBC count as I am the blood pressure. 170/104 is considerably high for a teenager. There must be some underlying cause. Talk with your doctor about this.
