Yes: Most likely side effects are initial queeasy stomach & diarrhea goes away in a few days usual treatment dose is 100-200 mg /day.

ZOLOFT (sertraline): Several factors come into play, such as tolerance, what zoloft (sertraline) is prescribed for, what other meds. U r taking along with it, your general health, etc. Generally speaking, 25 mg. Is low dose to start off with.
