Studies: Show that it can cause low heart rate( bradycardia). Talk to your doctor about you symptoms. May need to change things.

Zoloft (sertraline): In an overdose Zoloft (sertraline) has can cause low pulse. However with regular use low pulse is not a listed side effect.

Bradycardia?: I assume by "low pulse" you mean an inappropriately slow heart rate, or "bradycardia". According to the FDA (& the information inserted with the Zoloft (sertraline) package), during the trials for Zoloft (sertraline), there was no difference in heart rate or other cardiac parameters compared to placebo. HOWEVER, since it became available, cases of associated bradycardia have been reported & label was updated appropriately.
