Benign tumor.: There is a nodule in the top of your right lung which appears to be a benign tumor of a type called a hamartoma. These are absolutely nothing to worry about.

Hamartoma: ...is a benign tumor of the lung, which can be identified based on the presence of fat attenuation within the nodule. Its one of the few types of nodules, which can be diagnosed simply based on the radiographic appearance. Some hamartomas, even though benign, should be removed, because they can grow. See an experienced physician if you are concerned.
