Most findings are benign or not a cancer. Sometimes, cancer spreads to bone but most often in is seen in multiple locations. So, don't worry but just take the appropriate precautions as you are doing with this follow up.

See below:: Remember its normal to be concerned, but unless its diagnosed fully, being worried, would not help. Also remember benign conditions are much more common, and also at your age, this most likely would turn out to be benign. Good luck.
