Probably useless: There is no evidence that saw palmetto has any beneficial effects on the urinary tract. Was once thought to be beneficial in treating enlarged prostates but double blind trials at numerous us clinics failed to reduce any urinary tract symptoms in > 300 men enrolled in the study. Thus suggest you save your money, saw palmetto, like many suppliments only benefit those who produce and sell them. Goo.
