Seems a little: elevated but then again you have not stated whether this is all you ingested which would be important in determining. If you have a serious concern you should consult your doctor for a formal GTT (glucose tolerance test).

A little high: Should check fasting glucose. Also can get a hba1c which gives a 3 month average. of you sugar and can tell if you are normal. prediabetic, or diabetic.
