A member asked:

I have a piece of red skin in the corner of one eye, it just showed up last week. it seems to be getting a little bigger. any ideas what it might be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Several things: A common red growth in that area is what is termed a pyogenic granuloma - a sort of heaped up healing tissue which can grow bigger and sometimes bleeds there are other rarer possibilities. See your ophthalmologist for evaluation and removal if needed.
