That's foolish: "I don't use drugs." Only fools think that saying this makes me a liar. Please forgive my harshness -- there are ideologues who will tell you that "everyone is an addict" and "if you say you are not, that proves you are." Real drug abusers are secretive because it is illegal and something to be ashamed of. Many people favor drug decriminalization and treating it as a medical problem - IDK.
