Is there something : False you heard? Precum is the liquid that comes from the urethra before ejaculation and orgasm. It comes from the male prostate gland. I wonder if you are asking if it contains sperm? I do not know if anyone actually has done a study to say what it actually contains. I would assume that some (minimal) sperm could be in precum.

Cowper's gland fluid: Precum is produced by cowper's gland with a duct which enters bulbar urethra (level just above posterior scrotum. It escapes from penile urethra before ejaculation, hence it's name. Clear fluid which may contain sperm which have gone partially down urethra. Hence withdrawing penis before ejaculation may be too late to prevent impregnation during sex ; thus pregnancy is always a risk
