Removal of foreskin: Only undeniable truth. Unecessary for all men unless jewish or muslim. Does reduce risk of utis in 1st 6-months of life. More hygeinic if penis isn't washed. May or may not inprove sexual intercourse by delaying time to ejaculation. Definitely reduces risk of contracting hiv-aids in africa. Prevents/cures phimosis (tight foreskin) prevents RAE penile cancer in phimotic or unwashed penises.Optional.
