2 weeks...: Will get a large part of the swelling and most bruising gone. Some swelling still remains at this point but most patients are able to return to work at that point. There is not much pain so if you don't mind te swelling/bruising you can return earlier. Ask your rhinoplasty surgeon for details.

Rhinoplasty recovery: Recovery after rhinoplasty varies based on factors such as the complexity of your procedure and your healing ability. Patients are typically functional within the first week or so. Most of the initial recovery after rhinoplasty occurs within one to two weeks. The nose continues to improve, but more slowly after the initial healing period. The "final" recovery may take several months or a year.

Downtime is 1 week: Most patients return to work after 5-7 days. Typically the bridge of the nose is covered either with steri-strip tapes or a plastic splint for 5-7 days. Bruising typically resolves by about 7 days after surgery. With regard to the final result, that can take several months to one year to be evident. I hope this information is helpful.
