Maybe: To grow muscle mass you need adequate total balanced calories to maintain and promote growth. Protein is critical for muscle cell growth so you need on average 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight daily. Creatine may help a little with energy but mostly in people with medic al problems like parkinson's disease. Healthy people do not need creatine.
