Use appropriately : Creatine is naturally found in the body and is important in the process of supplying the energy for muscles to work. When used appropriately, can be helpful in refueling the muscle immediately after a work out. However, one of the side effects is drawing water into the muscle tissue and out of circulation basically causing a relative dehydration.Muscle cramping, stomach cramping and nausea can occur.
