Benfotiamine: I don't use ther word cure. Diabetics excrete huge amounts of vitamin b1 in urine. Benfotiamine is a b1 derivative that has been shown to prevent diabetic complications. It will not "cure" type 1 but a good diet with this might completely remove the undersying cause of type ii.
