Diabetes & B12: Well, what comes to mind is B12 deficiency that can be caused by metformin, which is a common diabetic medication. Also B12 deficiency can cause peripheral neuropathy similar to diabetic peripheral neuropathy.

Not really.: The B vitamins in general allow us to process carbohydrates more efficiently, but there's no direct link between B12 deficiency and diabetes as far as cause and effect.
