Folic acid: Recommendations are 1mg folic acid Extra iron and iodine in a vitamin are helpful as well but most important for fetal neurological development is folic acid and for organogenesis is iodine for thyroid support

Reg prenatal vit ok: No there no particular diabetic prenatal vitamins that you should take. Just continue to take the same prenatal vitamins you were prescribed by your physician.
