Depends on cause.: A good thorough exam by an otolaryngologist should give you the answer. There are many causes of nasal obstruction:allergies, deviated septum, polyps, sinusitis, turbinate hypertrophy. Too many to get into in this format. You need to be evaluated by an ENT to figure this one out.
